Fabulous customer service
The atm outside are both trash. They only except 1$ at a time
I have never been so disappointed with customer service at any BofA location. I came in because I needed help with a wire transfer to pay for my college tuition. One of the bankers named Landon was the one who took me in and since the very beginning he had an attitude towards me and my boyfriend. Didn’t even say “hello, how are you” or nothing. I was told that I can do such transfer online on my phone (which I am aware of) however, I was not comfortable doing that by myself since it was a $1500 wire transfer. When I expresse... read more
