I have never been so disappointed with customer service at any BofA location. I came in because I needed help with a wire transfer to pay for my college tuition. One of the bankers named Landon was the one who took me in and since the very beginning he had an attitude towards me and my boyfriend. Didn’t even say “hello, how are you” or nothing. Elizabeth Evans is one of the kindest human beings I have ever met. She helped me today with all of her heart, even when her heart and she was going through a difficult time. An ok location. They've been robbed a time or two so maybe go to a different one. Not very clean and the line is always super long.
