Worst service ever slowest line ever time is money and these people drag their feet they have personal accounts being taken care of by the business teller the reason you have a business teller is for businesses worst branch ever if I could give them a 0 star I would. Even the district manager sitting there laughing horrible service get off your lazy ass and help your customers.
The employees have a bad service attitude, they respond badly and they only say to look for another bank if you don't like the service,!!!! What kind of company lets its employees say something like that to the public!! I just opened a business account there, unfortunate, but, I will retire to a place that knows how to value its clients.
If Jenny Ramos is in charge of running that branch I feel sorry for you guys. She’s absolutely ignorant and unqualified to be in that position. Long time customer leaving to US bank because of her incompetence thanks Jenny.
