Worst bank of all time. Thank god most of my business's money was never really in BOA. These people have owed me a check of $1,100 since July of 2024. From what was originally a secured card for the business. I never received that check. There are fees for your business to have both a checking and savings account. and there are overdraft fees in the event that happens. There's much better options for your business to have a accounts. I wouldn't personally bank with these guys either.
Had an appointment at 9 o’clock they were ready for me at 9 o’clock. I was shown multiple ways of banking by the Merrill bank representative and Bank of America representative. Every employee was helpful and knowledgeable and on the way out seen another bank employee that I had had an appointment with a year ago That remembered me and greeted me very good experience at this location.
Very bad service !!! Stay away from this location
