Horrible customer service. I had an appointment with the senior Banker, I thought you’re gonna be smart enough to have that position. I’m asking her question she doesn’t even know answer for any question I ask when I ask her how much they charge to do a wire transfer. She was looking at her computer for like 20 minutes I just went on my phone and googled it and Went to their website and find it in one second. One ATM may still be active but the financial center itself has been permanently closed since 8/22 per sign on building's door.
Terrible customer service. Teller don’t know what they doing. BOA need to train their tellers.
Only one teller on duty. Two or three other employees standing around asking what your there for. Poor customer service. More tellers needed and less greeters
