I went to the Liberty branch to change the address on my mom’s account and order new checks. I had all the necessary documents & information ( I called several times and couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone) only to be told by an older bank officer that “ that’s above my pay grade”. No other explanation, I asked him to repeat that and in my amazement he repeated the same answer. So I gathered my paperwork & walked out. Sorry I must of woke him from his late morning nap.
