I brought in my weekly deposit today, including cash and a check. The teller missed some of the 20's and I needed to hand the envelope back. Then the receipt failed to show the check deposited. I had to explain the purpose of a receipt in documenting the components as well as deposit totals. She tried to say that the receipt does not show a check deposit. I felt concerned about where else such "details" slip through.
Deposited a printed paycheck from a local business through mobile app and they put a six day hold on it so they can “confirm” it’s not fraud, which obviously takes SIX DAYS, even though you could call that business right down the street and confirm it the next day. Three different people telling me “there’s nothing we can do,” completely screwing me for an entire week over Thanksgiving out of having any money to eat, pay bills, etc. Just a big middle finger from everyone.
