Anessa was a big help to my husband & I as we were closing some accounts. She was very knowledgeable & professional. She had us in & out in a very timely manner. I would recommend both her & Richard if you have banking needs!
I brought in my weekly deposit today, including cash and a check. The teller missed some of the 20's and I needed to hand the envelope back. Then the receipt failed to show the check deposited. I had to explain the purpose of a receipt in documenting the components as well as deposit totals. She tried to say that the receipt does not show a check deposit. I felt concerned about where else such "details" slip through.
Deposited a printed paycheck from a local business through mobile app and they put a six day hold on it so they can “confirm” it’s not fraud, which obviously takes SIX DAYS, even though you could call that business right down the street and confirm it the next day. Three different people telling me “there’s nothing we can do,” completely screwing me for an entire week over Thanksgiving out of having any money to eat, pay bills, etc. Just a big middle finger from everyone. I waited more than 30 minutes in line to get to the cashier who was wearing pink top today around 2:50pm Yes.Before my turn one employee came and told me to go the atm and deposit money.I also needed change and I had to go back to the cashier again and had to wait another 10 mins.I explained what happened to the cashier and she was mad at me saying she is tired was very rude.Didn’t expect this from a bank of America Employee.There was a long line and there was only one cashier.
