Deposited a printed paycheck from a local business through mobile app and they put a six day hold on it so they can “confirm” it’s not fraud, which obviously takes SIX DAYS, even though you could call that business right down the street and confirm it the next day. Three different people telling me “there’s nothing we can do,” completely screwing me for an entire week over Thanksgiving out of having any money to eat, pay bills, etc. Just a big middle finger from everyone. I waited more than 30 minutes in line to get to the cashier who was wearing pink top today around 2:50pm Yes.Before my turn one employee came and told me to go the atm and deposit money.I also needed change and I had to go back to the cashier again and had to wait another 10 mins.I explained what happened to the cashier and she was mad at me saying she is tired was very rude.Didn’t expect this from a bank of America Employee.There was a long line and there was only one cashier. Two stars should definitely be zero. This is by far the worst bank and banking company you could possibly use. They are disrespectful. They hang up the phone on you. You ask for higher-ups, and they run you in circles. This location is honestly pitiful and sad. Zero customer service. I have to use this bank for "business" and are constantly pushed aside. Worst BANK EVER! We live in Liberty but now only go to the Zona location because of horrible service. There is really too much to list but I will bullet a few points. We stay because we are a business and have so many accounts it would take weeks or more to transition to a new bank. And BOA isn't the problem other then they need to open the drive thru back up like every other bank did after Covid. 1.
