Mom and I had a few things that need to be done, girl at front counter did not know how the check to deposit work. Very dissatisfied with the services at front counter. At which point I needed to open a few more account. Ms Jacqueline, an agent that assisted with a few thing i had going on was very very nice to said the less. she not only assisted Mom with her checks but sign me up to open a few account with Merrill. I had a very frustrating experience today at Bank of America with Stephanie Benkoski. I came in to get a cashier’s check. I deposited cash and needed to add a small amount from my account to complete the check. I also had a pending Zelle payment coming in, which should not have affected the transaction at all. Despite the fact that I clearly had more than enough money in my accounts (split between checking and savings), Stephanie refused to proceed. It would be zero bc this Bank of America is trash I’ve been calling for the last 20 min and they would not anwser and now I willl forsure start posting on my social how bad Bank of America is.
