If I could give negative stars I would. The manager at this branch is incompetent. The branch reversed my CASH deposit saying they didn’t receive it. It was on my deposit slip and now it’s been over a month and still unresolved. The manager does nothing when someone at that branch is a thief.

Should be less than a 1 Star rating due to the serious lack of tellers (only 1) and a bank manager named Daniel that was less than helpful. He spends most of his time telling customers in line what he can't do instead of proposing options. It's pretty clear that they dislike walk-in customers because Daniel spends the majority of his time chasing them away. Simply the worst customer service ever! Bank anywhere else other than B of A!
They give you money.
