I scheduled an appointment and was told 15 minutes past the scheduled time I had to call a number since the business bank manager could not help me. When I called the 1-800 number they told me to schedule an appointment which I did and then get told to call the number again rather than help me. This was a waste of my time.
When you have more loan people then tellers, definitely a problem. I go to the bank in La Palma And they have absolutely great service in there. Most people work during the week so they only have Saturday To go to the bank. This is horrible. You guys need to change How you run this bank
