I went in to order checks after having problems on line. I was assured they could help me. Instead the guy managed to add my ex husband to my account and print his name on my checks. When I called to complain he charged me 51 dollars and some change to fix his mistake. I made 13 calls and left 8 voice mails in a 30 day period. No one called me back. Maybe the worst customer service I’ve ever seen at a banking institution. As of Monday I’ll be looking for a new bank after 22 years.
