Awful. Wait times are insane. Barely any staff. The staff there were not very helpful. Really unfortunate as a new user.
There’s this homeless Haitian lady by the ATMs always begging and they have security guards that allow it I don’t understand how this woman is not trespassing or allowed to be there it’s insane and very awkward and uncomfortable
Thanks to the lady manager she was very helpful with an urgent request, she made an effort to bring us the paper we need, thank you so much, God bless you, we are so grateful with you
