Always long wait, only one teller available, some people have long transection and nobody else cames to helping out,while people line get longer 🙄
Imagine going from N.M.B 12 Ave branch 1 star treatment location. To leave pissed to come to another branch to get service within 1 minute. Being greeted by a female and male with Good morning, smile, and great energy. Forget walking to the teller training another with a smile on her face. She was engaging and energetic on a Monday. I nearly felt guilty for not coming here first to continue my great morning. That was turned upside down by the Ne 12 Ave location.
