Worst service ever received from a brach, full of lasy people not willing to help. I needed to do a wire, I arrived 30 min before closing time and staff told me that they are not accepting more people because they have already 2 waiting in front of me, I told them I can wait but they were rude and not accep me.
Came back to my bank after some time, yes the building was renewed and so is the staff. But being used that the staff at bank off America was helpfull and respectfull this was 100% the opposite. We asked for help, nobody was even willing to help, they did not even check who we were what our name was or what kind of customer. I was allways telling everyone how good this bank was in service.
