Too many times we complain but rarely follow up with positive experiences. I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge how impressed we were with Associate Evelyn Perez at the Bank of America Skylake branch. We ran into an urgent crisis, and Ms. Perez reassured us numerous times that she would help us navigate through it. The young man teller I had was super nice.
Visited this branch on a slow day to withdraw quarters. Despite having only one teller and several bankers on the floor, I was told the teller couldn’t access additional quarter rolls because a banker needed to accompany him to the vault area. Since no banker was available and one wouldn’t return for another 45 minutes, I was unable to complete my transaction. As a Bank of America customer, this level of service was extremely disappointing, and I left without a resolution.
I went to the bank today to make a deposit and asked for a World Cup wristband. The person greeting customers treated me dismissively; she wouldn't look me in the eye and wouldn't even let me speak. She told me she had very few wristbands left and was saving them for other people. I’ve held accounts with this bank for over nine years—why couldn't I get a wristband? Why did she treat me so dismissively? I was polite the entire time, but I decided to leave this feedback because her attitude made me feel bad.
Very bad service, any simple work you have to wait at least 2 hours, I just stop by missing my debit card, I replace order that Case I wait more than 2 hours
