I Booked an appointment, took time off, and still got treated like a walk-in. Midway through my session, the banker walked off to help tellers because the line was long. Absolutely unprofessional. Last time I’ll ever set foot in Bank of America.
I’ve never experienced such disrespect in a professional setting until my recent visit to Bank of America. My mother and I were at the branch to withdraw cash, and after completing the transaction with a teller, we realized we had forgotten to ask for her account number. We got back in line and ended up with George, who was later identified as the manager. I went there to do a wire transfer for a Title company. No body wanted to help me out, very bad customer service. Plus they been so very rude in top of it.
