If you desire to keep your money, I would avoid this branch at all costs. Allowing someone to fraudulently withdraw money from an account, with zero checks and balances is crazy. Mark Hamilton allowed this to happen and management doesn't seem to mind either. Based on all reviews of this location, it's an embarrassment they allow this branch to continue to operate with such low standards. Disgraceful, if you value your hardwork, please don't bank here or with BOA.Ā

I Booked an appointment, took time off, and still got treated like a walk-in. Midway through my session, the banker walked off to help tellers because the line was long. Absolutely unprofessional. Last time Iāll ever set foot in Bank of America.Ā
Iāve never experienced such disrespect in a professional setting until my recent visit to Bank of America. My mother and I were at the branch to withdraw cash, and after completing the transaction with a teller, we realized we had forgotten to ask for her account number. We got back in line and ended up with George, who was later identified as the manager.
