I went in the bank today and did not have a great experience management needs to do a better job at standing there and making sure that their new staff is doing what they need to do instead of making mistakes that should NOT be happening…. They didn’t even seem to care that a mistake was done on their end. If u get the woman named Lucy ..I’d make sure to ask for a manager or someone else who has been there a while because she will most likely mess up on ur deposits and cash outs
