I had an appointment at 1:30 to create an estate account for a recently deceased family member. I was told I would have to wait for the employee to assist everyone before he could get to me. There were like 12 people in front of me and I would have had to wait over an hour. DONT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH CUSTOMERS IF YOU WON’T HONOR THE APPOINTMENT TIME.
Awful service for a simple notary. Supervisor Georgees did not want to help me by printing the notary summary to have notary sign. Was a simple print of one page to attach to my letter which my local bank of america always is happy to do. No wonder why this BOA only has two stars.
Totally understaffed unable to conduct business because of a 2-hour wait in line beyond closing
