On multiple occasions there is this one particular employee that is very rude and unprofessional. I’ve been with BOA for over 15+ years and I have never seen this kind of behavior from an employee. BOA she is a big problem and bad for business. She usually works the lobby when you first go in.
A line full of people and only one teller. Nobody available for the business line. Worst bank I've ever been to, and is not the first time at this branch. It appears to be a common thing here. Only teller available
Terrible experience at this Bank of America branch. The customer service was absolutely unacceptable, especially from an employee named Stephany. She was rude, rough in her manner, and very unprofessional. Instead of helping, she made the situation uncomfortable with a dismissive and disrespectful attitude. This is not the level of service anyone should expect from a major bank. I would not recommend this location.
Not very knowledgeable agent , don't trust in whatever the bank staff tells you out of their ignorance please do your own diligence! I went there a few days ago regarding setting up a direct deposit for my business account and the lady who attended me said that I MUST have a payroll system and pay for such system to set up a direct deposit!!! Which was proved wrong when I called the bank directly and they helped me to set it up in 10 minutes. The branch manager needs to educate its branch staff.
