Horrible customer service. My 70 yr old father has been going to this branch over 15 yrs and gets referred to an insurance agency down the road to pay and have document notarized. Despite offering free service at the bank. Wonder who’s getting a kickback!
Banker Blanca has a terrible attitude, do not recommend. She should speak more professionally with her clients
Any branch you go to, the wait is extreme. I've worked in customer service and business applications for a good portion of my life. This is no way to run a customer facing business. Hire more people or better management to ensure public hours are staffed.
