Today, I waited over three hours to open an account for my son. We have been customers for more than 20 years, and it is sad to see how much the administrative side of this branch has deteriorated; there were only two employees handling tasks like opening accounts, yet—unbelievably—they kept accepting more people for service even though we had all been waiting for hours.
