Diana Rivero needs to be given a HUGE RAISE & BONUS CHECK! This branch is so slow. Horribly understaffed. Im sitting in the lobby for 30 mins still havent been helped. Not sure if anyone works here
Ok the service! Honestly… 10/10 for peace and quiet 😂 But what really got me—there was nobody there. Not even that one person who somehow always ends up ahead of you. Just silence. They take their sweet time too… no rush, no pressure. You’re just sitting there in front of the teller’s bulletproof window… and the whole setup lowkey looks like a game room, needs a pool table. At one point I felt like I should’ve brought a controller or something… maybe press “X” to continue the transaction 🎮
