The teller was very friendly and accommodating. She asked me several questions to ensure that I was not being scammed. I was very pleased with the service I received. This branch was better and offered more banking services than the branch down the street.
Reluctant to help staff
I'm extremely dissatisfied with Bank of America. Andrea, the tailor, was unprofessional and dishonest with customers, causing them to wait excessively. I urge the bank to address this issue and ensure that customers are treated with respect and efficiency, especially when they're on their way to pick up loved ones. so this situation Doesn’t happen to another taxpayer
Slow service and the inside of the bank smells like urine. Gross! Thankfully, I'm not a BOA customer and was only depositing a check for a friend.
I don’t know why there is low stars at this bank but I would like to say very helpful people. Miguel and the ladies that work there are very nice people. They have helped me and my husband very well in everything we have needed. Thanks so much :)
