I don’t understand how they hold checks for a whole week and make excuses after excuse it’s my first time coming to this bank and the last I’ve been waiting for my check to clear for a whole week …. I will most definitely be changing banks because of this I wish I went to the Bank of America I’ve always went and not this one it’s ridiculous how they hold your money hostage I’ve talked to the people that gave me the check and they said money has been verified and they have done there part it’s up to my bank what a shame
I recently had a very disappointing experience at Lake Worth Bank of America. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt unwelcome. The staff seemed uninterested and rushed, and instead of receiving helpful guidance, I felt dismissed. Every customer deserves to be treated with patience, and professionalism—none of which I experienced during this visit.
