I recently had a very disappointing experience at Lake Worth Bank of America. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt unwelcome. The staff seemed uninterested and rushed, and instead of receiving helpful guidance, I felt dismissed. Alex spent over 7-hours on two visits helping us after an identity theft—Opening and closing accounts multiple times, finding out how the breeches continued to occur, and supporting us in a total resolution at one of the most difficult times of our lives. I made a face to face cash deposit with a teller. When the receipt was passed to me, it was blurry and hard to read. When I got home I could see that the account number printed did not match my Business checking account number. I called BOA customer service report the incident. It was noted on my account and I was instructed to go back to the bank and contact the Bank Manager.
