Vladimir Narcisse, lacks the necessary knowledge and competence required for his position as “The officer Business advisor.” Not only was he unable to provide expected guidance or support, but his interaction with a potential client was unprofessional and counterproductive-marked by scolding rather than constructive communication. This behavior not only reflects poorly on the organization but has and will jeopardize future business relationships.
