Had an appointment At 3:30pm. I showed up at 3:36, they said they took someone else because I was late but have a sit a wait. 3 people walked in after me that didn’t have an appointment, everyone was seen and after 40 minutes waiting, I just decided to walk out. Very disrespectful!!! Awful service
The worst bank in the US. They unilateraly closed my account without telling me anything about it, because of no reason at all. I went to the branch and they couldn't do anything about it. I called the 1-800 number and they keep saying they are going to send me a check for my money when the account has finally closed. Meanwhile, I have no access to my money, my cards ahave been locked and nobody can give me a date for when I am getting my funds back. The lack of respect for a long-term client in unbelievable.
