Horrible branch can't accept coins very little people. It's a complete waist of a location.
The worst BoA in the country. Avoid. No lobby, no walk up ATM, poor security, and contempt for their customers. Awful in every way. Be embarrassed, BoA
Came here to deposit a check and there’s only two private client employees and there’s nobody to do a simple task like it is to just deposit a check
DO NOT USE THE ATM. The atm took my card and the machine turned off. I called the location and the lady pretty much did not care and hung up on me. I requested the manager and she too was not caring. Spoke to me in a condescending manner. Probably because im hispanic and they think they can do whatever they want. I even went into the branch. This is the card i use to get my groceries.
