Do to my job I’ve been to many Bank of America locations around the country and this branch has been by far the best experience ever. It took me a bit long but I’m happy to finally be able to write this review. Everyone here is extremely welcoming, specially Veronica Castellanos. I had an issue with adding a pin and had to travel internationally to fix it due to security of account and it was time sensitive. I had issues trying to get an appointment on line. I met with a lady named Xiomara Sanchez, the assistant manager and she was wonderful and gave me and my family great advice and took care of the issues right away when we showed up for the appointment on Monday, March 10th at 10am promptly.
