This location has terrible customer service. I've been an account holder for 30 years with platinum advantage and rather than help me resolve an issue they said they couldn't help me! So ridiculous. The manager needs skills in emotional intelligence. Post date follow up: I went to another Bank of America branch and they helped me. They didn't understand why Paola (the manager at Pinecrest) wouldn't help me. Obviously Paola needs more training!
