Bad help over the phone. Opened an account yesterday, today is blocked. After 1 hour on the phone they couldn’t even put the right person in the line for me 👻
I couldn't be more happier with the magnificent help of Ms.Ida ,She was so patient and efficient. She solved my problem. I will really return to open my business account and bring my husband's investment account just for her. Bank of America needs more employees like Ms. Ida.
The teller was friendly but he had to have the manager try to cash my check. She made me believe they didn't have enough cash on hand at this branch, making both me and the check writer upset. I was okay with that, except she ran it through a machine that left all kinds of Bank of America gibberish printed on the back causing me to not be able to cash it anywhere else.
