I always have a great experience with the employees at this branch, but I especially want to recognize Tessie Johnson. I frequently come in for notary services, and Tessie is always prompt, professional, and extremely helpful. I really appreciate the great service she provides every time I visit. Highly recommend this branch and Tessie.
Quite bank. Easy to talk to a banker. We were able to fix a problem with our credit card that seemed impossible by contacting by phone.
Update! I came back with my ID and my cell phone associated to the account trying to make a payment for one of my vendors and the manager has an angry old woman didn’t want to process for me because I don’t have a debit card that I haven’t received Bad help over the phone. Opened an account yesterday, today is blocked. After 1 hour on the phone they couldn’t even put the right person in the line for me
