Just standing in line with 10 other people as 1 teller is open and the "managers" are just standing around stapling papers together.
Insane interest rates, make it very difficult for you to close a credit card account. I'm sure that's intentional so you get frustrated and give up trying to close it. They also delay telling you any residual interest remaining and lock you out of the app so you can't pay the last bill, hoping to add an extra late fee on you.
Had a wonderful experience visiting this bank yesterday. As soon as we came in, we were greeted by a friendly and helpful associate, Jacob Seggio, who immediately led us to a seat while he patiently and professionally took care of all our banking needs. Not only was he knowledge as he explained all of the new banking procedures, but he made a personal connection with us and we left feeling great about the experience. Thank you Jake!
I recently opened a New BOA account..I usually do my banking at the Bailey Delaven location which is always over crowded broken ATM machines as well as dirty ATM machines..This particular day I went in to take care of some business and they couldn't see me because of the amount of customers already waiting...I was told that I could make an appointment for next week or visit the Harlem Road location for faster service...
