Teela and Sarah helped my husband and I at the branch today and they were absolutely fabulous. These ladies had us in and out of the branch less than 5 minutes and resolved our issue. Thank you so much for the great customer service! God bless!
I realize banks do not have public restrooms but in an emergency situation I would think they could allow customers to use the restroom. It was the end of the day and I needed to finish some business and I asked at least 3 times to use the restroom as I have in the past and was allowed. They kept assuring me that we were almost done. The manager, Sarah Sharkey also insisted that I owed money at the end of this transaction. She was trying to charge me tax on something I didn’t even pay for or purchase. The worst and worst customer service and Manager Sarah is very busy with something not even care about waiting business client on lines,we are a company turn over more than 1million due to exceed the check deposit limit went this branch to deposit the check, my gosh just to deposit my check waiting long time and so many stupid questions, remember it’s a check deposit not withdrawals, worst and worst service ever seen needs to close this bank and move to M&T they are the best service ever seen.Keep up
The staff's attitude is totally not cool, and they don't do their job right, leaving the customer hanging until one hour before closing time
