Due to advances in technology, I never have a reason to visit an actual branch. Today reminded me to do my banking online. When pulling up, there was a car blocking the entrance which hindered me getting into AMPLE parking. The security guard was polite and opened the door for me. مع الأسف هذا البنك يضع أمامك كل العراقيل ولايحترمون الزبون وخاصة صاحب الإستقبال الذي يقول لك ارجع الى الشهر القادم علما انني اتيت بكل الوثائق المطلوبة ثم ذهبت الى فرع ءاخر وفتحوا لي حساب ورحبوا بي ثم رجعت اليهم اليوم على شارع بيلي لآخذ كشف حساب وقال لي أحدهم لايمكنك ارجع شهر سبتمبر مع الأسف كل تعاملهم ليس في المستوى المطلوب
