Very kind and helpful staff. There was one banker (forgot the name) that was very helpful, she was of middle eastern origin, she helped us fix our problem when we have tried multiple times before with unsuccesful attempts at another BoA location.
I was at the one on Woodard near Big Beaver, not the other location mentioned by Google. (It was Comerica Bank.)
Horrible customer service. Went in to get something notarized and was told everyone available is on the phone?!?! And was told to leave or go find another location. This makes me want to close my account with BOA
