I had a great experience at this branch, going in with my son to set up his first bank account. It all went smoothly, with Michael guiding us through the process and giving good financial advice to my son (and to me). The manager of the branch checked in and introduced himself during the process. We got everything we wanted for managing money and building credit.
I just want to say that I love bank of america. You guys were there for me after hurricane Ian. My account with you guys is very sentimental to me and I hope im always a member!
This location is trash and broke down every visit I have to make. The drive thru is always broken. The inside of the branch smells and is in major neglect. The Winkler road location was shut down so my only local choices are this sad desperate broke down branch or the one far away at Bell Tower. And I cant use another ATM without getting a charge.
Went in to do a wire, was left sitting for 40 minutes while 3 staff counted cash behind the main desk. Assuming customers have nothing else to do is very unreasonable - but the wait time didn’t seem to concern them at all.
The Custmer service is very good I love them 🥰
