We have been there twice in the last two weeks to arrange for a new debit card to be sent to a different address. The first time, I didn't have the right ID (my bad), but the second time it went smoothly. The counter team were friendly and helpful on both occasions, and set up an appointment almost immediately with Scott, who took us through the process. Everyone was great!
The worse bank for customer service I have been in! I have been into this branch several times. I have let it slide the first few times but this time I waited 17 minutes to see a teller but she could not help me because she was busy chatting with a gentleman (probably a married man at that) that had NOTHING to do with banking. I can see why they only have a 2.1 rating
Everytime I come in here there's a issue. Close this branch already. You've been at a 2 star rating for how long now?
