Now I understand why is very important to read the reviews before you go into a place. I went there for a simple direct deposit paper , and there was a lady that told a guy who was there to do it for me and he made a ugly face and said that he was busy doing nothing , the lady told me to sit and wait I sit there for 20 minutes and nobody helped me because they were just talking and laughing at each others they were 4 of them and nobody was doing anything to help customers.

Everytime I come in here there's a issue. Close this branch already. You've been at a 2 star rating for how long now? Edit: New employees turned this place around. Very down to earth and fast.

We have been there twice in the last two weeks to arrange for a new debit card to be sent to a different address. The first time, I didn't have the right ID (my bad), but the second time it went smoothly. The counter team were friendly and helpful on both occasions, and set up an appointment almost immediately with Scott, who took us through the process. Everyone was great!
