Yesterday my experience was phenomenal. Shoutout to The branch manager she always is very professional and respectful. I had to take care of business with my elderly mother . Nick help us yesterday he was so patient and easy too talk too very knowledgeable and he did very well explaining so we both understood. Very articulate and respectful of my dear mom . Worst service ever.. My client tried to get a cashier check and wait hour for it and they couldn’t help it. We supposed to ratified the contract with a copy of the cashier check but We can’t now due to the lack of professionalism and customer service… Never AgainÂ
