Shira is consistently an amazingly kind, helpful, and accommodating every time i visit.
I had a complicated issue to resolve. Miss Veronica was kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. She and her colleague helped me work through my business very patiently and professionally.
I tried to call my local branch (Crofton) 3 different times but no one would answer the phone. I then called the Gambrills branch, and Ms. Veronica immediately answered the phone. I was very surprised yet very happy. I described my situation to her and she told me exactly what I needed to do. I drove to her BOA and received Great service! As long as Ms. Veronica is at the Gambrills branch, I will continue to do my banking there!
Ms. Veronica was very helpful and kind when I came in December 24th to schedule an appointment to come and open and account. I’m currently here and Ms. Melony has helped me SO MUCH WITH INFORMATION!!! I’ve never had anyone in my banking experience as a business owner ask me about paying myself and then introduce me to ADP! She gave me a merchant referral for electronic payments as well. Thanks Veronica and Melony.
