I was surprised at some of the negative comments, I am not a customer, however I had a check made out from this bank, & cashed it without any problems.I wish I knew name of the lovely, friendly, professional teller I had the pleasure of meeting. She was terrific. I had a very pleasant experience at this Bank of America!
