Very poor customer service experience I had a very unpleasant experience with an employee at this branch. I do not know her name, but she is a light-skinned woman with brown hair and light-colored eyes. I speak Spanish and needed help setting up information on my phone. Since she speaks English, I tried to communicate with her using a translator.
