I’m extremely upset with how the the representative Lee handled my transaction. I walked into the branch on 12/6 for very important documents to be to faxed to the legal department. Only to find out that it wasn’t faxed. I called the number provided by Lee Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (today). They are saying they have nothing. I’m already going through a hardship now BOA IS SENDING ME ON ANOTHER hardship TRIP.
I had a pleasant experience with 3 people at this location; although, the confusion was specific to the conversation I had with someone by phone. I do recall this bank being open on a Saturday. What changed?
I only go here because my company has an account here otherwise I would tell everyone I know to avoid it. Every time I have to go here there are at least 3 workers sitting around while the ONE teller handles the line to the door. Clearly nobody cares. All other BofA locations I have been to are not like this so it’s obviously just this branch’s issue.
My father went to exchange coins (which were already packed) for cash. The clerk gave him an attitude as if she doesn’t get paid to do these type of transactions. They made him wait a very long time and then kept asking if he had an account and asked for his social security number. My father has his mortgage with Bank of America and never misses and this is the type of treatment he gets? Please tell your staff to find another place to work if they are so bothered by the things they are supposed to do.
Excellent service.
