Very slow and very rude employees no one is ever here to help. The line is to the doors and only one teller very poor service for a bank.
Worst bank in USA. Starding with Call Center and ending with the Director. No one in this bank was able to set up my zelle account. Can’t believe how unprepared is the staff ! Avoid doing business here !
Nothing short of the rudest, Manager management and service
This is one of the most unprofessional branches I’ve had the displeasure of visiting. Made an appointment for 12-1 with Celise StLouis. Arrived a couple of minutes late but was told I needed to have a certain document which I didn’t have. So that was on me. Was told I had time to go home and get the documents and come back since the appointment was till one. Rushed back home found the required paperwork and rushed back.
