Pretty disappointing experience with Ashley Vargas, relationship banker. My mom passed away recently, and I needed some guidance with some checking accounts. She was cold, no mention of condolences, incompetent, and had an attitude with me when I asked a question. I was shocked. We definitely won’t be going back there. Do better, Villa Park.
If you’re going to post a set time to close I’d imagine you’d honor it right? You close at “2” and doors are locked at 1? Maybe they meant 2 Eastern Time. There’s a reason this place has 2 stars I see why
Horrible service!! called to ask a simple questions, but they wouldn’t answer over the phone. They told me I had to come in to get an answer and when I try to insist on getting answer, they hung up on me.
This Bank of America is pointless. They have one teller that is never actually occupied by a person. Also they are ope ridiculous hours and it is a waste of space and money for the company. They never have adequate services and every single person that comes in is always upset with the situation. Honestly I don’t understand why they keep this location open when it’s never able to support the city it is in.
