I just moved to the area and needed a cashiers check pronto. However, I found out that required a new banking account in California. Travis Credit Union had turned me away because they were closing in 15 minutes, which they then lost my business but thankfully BofA had hours on Saturday til 4pm. I have nothing to say but good words! It has been 4 years now that I have business account with Bank of America! Today I had an appointment for updating our DBA to the account! Mr. Singh was very kid, friendly and professional. He took care of my business account in now time. Everything went so well and they were on time. Thank you for the service! LaLÂ
We went to open an account there was a Indian guy he was so rude and disrespectful he said I donât have that much time đ¤ˇââď¸ if you donât have time to your customers then whatâs your job ?Â
