I’m done with Bank of America. Even when you have an appointment you just put in line. I’ve had an account for 40 years and this branch has the worst customer service. There’s an attitude that you are not important. They are full of excuses of why they can’t help you instead of doing their job.
Last day I had an appointment with Amandeep Singh and he was always nicely talking to me even everyone else he is very friendly and professional Accountant and I suggested to everyone if you guys want to go there in this branch make appt with amandeep Singh he will help you guys in every single things you want very excellent guy meet you again thank you
I went in with my dad on a Tuesday morning, this younger gentleman greeted us and helped us out as soon as we walked in. His name was Daniel. He was so sweet and professional and so helpful. We were so happy with his customer service he helped us with a lot of different things. We really appreciated him.
Tellers are not thinking and rude in a rush and they just think everyone is trying to get over at any other bofa in Vacaville I don’t get this treatment of being judged and or taking my money and doing whatever they want to with it and say “oh we can’t you only have one option your permission” like treating your customers like there nobody isn’t a good look switching my branch immediately
