Horrible customer service, waiting in line for over forty minutes for a deposit. One teller working. No one interested in taking care of their customers. Elderly people in line had a really hard time standing for so long. Some left. Line out the door. Unacceptable!
This place offers much assistance. Their staff is soo helpful mainly, Harkamal, Kirstee and ofcourse their manager Parwinder. I went there to open up an account and they helped me throughly and were sweet throughout the process. I would recommend more people for this location of BOA and also if they need assistance they should definitely meet any of them.
