Very disappointed with my recent experience at Bank of America. Dylan was not honest or transparent when explaining a featured CD product. He clearly told me that if I withdrew early, my principal would never be penalized. Based on that statement, I agreed to open the account. However, when I later withdrew funds, fees were deducted. Go to Chase. Today was an absolute joke. Your ATM ate my card, and when I went inside for help the staff scattered like cockroaches. One employee stayed back, told me they’d send a new card (which wasn’t the issue), then apparently “released” the card manually. After that, they told another customer to go check if I got my own card out. I left frustrated, called in, asked to speak with leadership, and the call was hung up on. Sadly, we can't enter zero. BoA is possibly the worst group of people to deal with. Running as quickly as possible in the opposite direction. April was friendly and professional. She'll probably find a better job any day now.
