Worst customer service ever!!!!!
Just left this bank. Stood in line for about 30 minutes and I was #2 in line. Only one teller, 4 people in an office and what looked to be like the Branch manager just walking around trying NOT to make eye contact with the customers. The line grew longer. When I finally reached the counter I asked if they usually have 1 teller on a Friday. Ms Gloria Santiago was so sweet and you can tell she had A LOT on her plate. Went to make a payment and had no ID on me. BOA does not take cash payments without ID. Dumb.
This location is always a pleasure! This is my second time working with Mr Alex Vera and he is extremely professional, always punctual, and very friendly! I just wanted to say thank you for assisting both me and my mother and we really appreciate you and this location!
