Wow…this place has went down hill quick…called because was having issues with one site using plaid but not another…guy on phone said he didn’t know what was up and shipped me back to the same dead endless customer service line…like this whole bank at every turn is gone down the tubes…may be looking to switch banks here shortly if they can’t do no better than this…uses to be able to get answers calling banks directly but obviously that’s not the case any further
