I totally agree with Kraig . Here's what I know. I went in and applied for a car loan and within 45 mins walked out with the approval letter. I don't see how it could have went better. Tulay really knows her stuff and I believe that sure as a chicken has feathers that if she can help you with something that she will. I have been banking there since they closed the Capital One up the street and have never had an unpleasant experience.TY
Zakiya was very professional but also personable and greeted me with a smile. The manager today was helpful and seemed to enjoy helping. No complaints.

I have always had a positive experience at this B of A branch. I would like to single out the manager, Tulay, for her professionalism and customer focus. She is always a delight to work with. I have never had a bank manager more pleasant, more conscientious in the carriage of their duties. Bravo.
