Zakiya was very professional but also personable and greeted me with a smile. The manager today was helpful and seemed to enjoy helping. No complaints.

I have always had a positive experience at this B of A branch. I would like to single out the manager, Tulay, for her professionalism and customer focus. She is always a delight to work with. I have never had a bank manager more pleasant, more conscientious in the carriage of their duties. Bravo.
This bank is a joke. Branch just needs to be closed. Not convenient at all. As if bankers hours aren't bad enough now they don't even open until 10. Had a personal check for bank of America and couldn't even get it cashed. I've been with bank of America for 20 years. It's really gone down hill. Oh and do not even try to get someone from this branch on the phone they will never pick up.
