My husband forgot his Pone at this branch and the management kept it safely and returned it to my husband.. I think the world is still a better place to live and there are still people who you can trust ❤️❤️❤️Love these banks so much specially the manager !! Very disappointed. First trip I stopped by to ask what paperwork I would need to open a business account. Second trip I brought all necessary paperwork to set up the account. Was told I had to wait 24 hours to set up online banking via 800#. Two days later called the 800# to set up on-line banking to find out the branch did not properly copy my business docs necessary to prove I have at least 50% ownership. Third trip I had to go back to the branch so they could copy my docs to prove ownership. Hard to believe Warren Buffet ... read more
I have a good relationship with this bank and am generally happy with the staff. They are friendly, courteous and helpful. I do a lot of on-line banking as a small business owner and these services pretty good. What is bad about this branch is that it closes early at 4 PM, has eliminated the drive up window on Saturday's and doesn't give the dog a biscuit when the drive up window is open. Yep, its gone to the dogs!
