Have tried to contact them on multiple occassions but they fail to pick up the phone. Bank of America seems unwilling to serve the Eastern Shore of the Chesapeake. This is the closed open bank (not ATM, but actual bank), but this one is 1/2 hour away. I have a simple question, but am unwilling to drive a 1/2 hour just to get an answer. Will go somewhere else.
The worst branch ever. Purposely incompetent people working. Illegal cold selling practices going on. No accountability and the branch manager is gone. Lied about a credit card. Filed complaint with U.S. Office of the Comptroller of Currency. I keep all receipts, records and videos. Customers Beware. The only way to deal with this crooked and fraudulent BOA is through OCC.
Friendly service and easy to get out money.
