How useless can they be. My new bank account was closed without any notice. I went to the bank because customers service told me that I needed to be identified at the bank. I was there and Doris had no idea what was going on with my account. She called a number and they told her that I needed to called Fraud services or whatever. She only gave me the number and sent me home. When I called the number they told me they people from the bank needed to call directly when I was there. Went to ATM the machine didn't give me money. Went inside to tell she informs me "WE KNOW THAT ATM IS NOT WORKING"!!! What the devil!! Then why didn't you put it out of service. She informs me the withdrawal from ATM will be taken off. Didn't offer to help me take care of it. Well it's 2 days later money still taken out of my account. While I was in the bank teller took care of my withdrawal, but offered no help. Plus I was only person in the bank. Not like she was busy!
