Easy atm
The look of the place and the service you get doesn’t go together. It is the slowest service location and won’t recommend anyone coming here. Try to avoid this place. I waited more than an hour waiting 9 people ahead of me to get a service where service takes about 10 mins per person. Yes don’t go to this place at all.
There is a drive through but it doesn’t work. They took away the seperate line for commercial banking so do not go to this location for business needs. You will waste half your work day waiting in line.
I don’t usually write reviews, but my recent experience with Aygul Nurtdinova at Bank of America was so disappointing that I feel compelled to share it. I sought her assistance with a wire transfer, expecting professionalism and efficiency. Instead, I encountered the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a financial institution.
