Pésima experiencia con Bank of America. Más de una semana con mi cheque retenido y sin acceso a mi dinero, y las personas de habla hispana que me atendieron no mostraron el menor interés en hacer una llamada o gestión para intentar ayudarme. Eso sí, mi especial “agradecimiento” por sus gestos, su desagradable lenguaje no verbal y su absoluta falta de empatía. Customer service sucks Not professional no manners
I don’t know if it’s just me, anytime I walk in there, hardly do you see cashiers. Very poor service. It’s always one person with a long queue. For godsake people have other things to go do. It’s terrible . How can I stand in a line for over 40 minutes
I am surprised at the reviews this place is getting because my experience is the complete opposite! Everybody is nice and helpful especially Ms. Tylicia Johnson, Relationship Banker, who helped us tremendously. She is very nice and knows exactly what she is doing. She looks very young but confident, a real asset to this branch!
