There is a drive through but it doesn’t work. They took away the seperate line for commercial banking so do not go to this location for business needs. You will waste half your work day waiting in line.
I don’t usually write reviews, but my recent experience with Aygul Nurtdinova at Bank of America was so disappointing that I feel compelled to share it. I sought her assistance with a wire transfer, expecting professionalism and efficiency. Instead, I encountered the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a financial institution. Definitely the worst Bank of America location I’ve visited. Over an hour in line for the most basic of transactions. If you need anything other than an ATM, avoid!!
