Excellent banking service
uncooperative and unwilling to help.
Unprofessional teller service. I was in line at this location on 5/23/2025, at 3:30 PM. The female teller with glasses, working in the booth with a gentleman, carried on a long, loud personal conversation with a customer she knew. Her line was the only one available, because the other teller appeared to be on a short break. There was an elderly lady customer in front of me, using a cane, but none of this seemed to matter. I came into cash my check I'm not an account holder but the issuer has an account. The greeter in the lobby asked how he could assist me I mentioned I was not an account holder and would like to cash my check he asked to see my check and I gave him the check! The first set of eyes on my check got to the one teller they had working mind you I never sign the back cause at so many financial institutions they want you to sign in front of them!
