Thank you thank you to the teller who helped me today with the withdrawal. She has told me her name but I forgot . She had glasses and with really short hairstyle (Halle Berry short style). I had an unusual request due to my upcoming travel and she had my back and helped with the special withdrawal request. I rarely go to BoA in person, but this is the first time the service was beyond my expectations.
This Branch closes at 2pm on Saturdays. I arrived at the branch at 1.56pm on a Saturday, and wanted to make a deposit. When I was waiting in the line, the Branch Manager personally approached me and informed me that I need to leave and that his branch will not help me make the deposit because it was 1.56pm. He was nonchalant when I protested and informed that he can expect to hear from corporate Bank of America, about his unprofessional customer service... Judge for yourself...
more so for bank of america as a whole. i made an account online to start using them. they pulled ancient information for me, including a landline phone number i haven't had access to for over 20 years and an old drivers license number instead of using new information. When I tried to login for the first time it tried to two factor authenticate me but i couldn't because the phone number was a 20 year old landline i had no access to. they locked me out of the account. when i called to unlock the account and resolve the issue ... read more
opened an account at this branch 18 years ago. closed it today, as a brand they failed. this place in particular falls short.
