So this is what they mean when they say, bankers hours. I find it inconvenient that Bank of America opens at 10:00 AM and closes at 4:00 PM, as it requires me to take time off work to set up an account for my son. While Saturdays are available, it's not ideal as that is the day of rest for keepers of the biblical sabbath. How do you run a business for 6 hours a day and tell clients to do your work online. This is where we are now! It's inconsiderate. U wish I can close my work day after 6 hours.
Ms. Mahbuba is an excellent customer service provider. She treated me with professionalism and treated me with respect and care in dealing with my issues. She had been very patient , and with her vast knowledge of the different programs of the bank, she showed me different ways of solving my issues. Bank of America must have a staff just like Ms. Mahbuba! She’s a blessing to all the customers of Bank of America!

She acted in a very friendly and professional manner. As far as I am concerned, I would recommend her for anyone wanting helps. Any problems I have ever had, have been handled promptly. I will recommend BofA to anyone wanting financial product of any kind just because of the good experience I went through dealing with Yesmin. Giving her 5 stars is not an exaggeration.
