Worse customer service ever in Little Rock, Arkansas off of Rodney Parham. The manager is incompetent as well as the employees. We had a half million in checking and they couldn’t care less about us closing our account. I have been in business here in Arkansas for 50 years and this is the worse experience that we have ever had. They never have enough employees and we waited 25 minutes over our appointment time. Called here 12 times in 10 minutes wanting to speak to a representative, all 12 times no one answered. What a disgrace, what have we come to as a country
Online it says they close at 5 which is a lie they actually close at 4. The lobby isn’t open past 4 and they only havs ATMs in the drive through. Y’all should update your website.
