I had an appointment to open 4th business checking account for Friday 7th at 3.30pm. I drove over 10miles and reached 3.31pm. Was told the agent is not free. She is with customer since 2.30 and will not be available for another one hour. They refused to maintain my appointment. They were very very rude. This appointment was booked 2 days before. If they can not accept my appointment, why I was not notified to reschedule the appointment.
They don’t answer the phone. No holds. Just hang up!!
