Worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with in the 15 years of being with this bank. You can’t get good assistance over the phone so I came here to this location only to get met with the same energy. An insult to my intelligence at that too? Really questioning sticking with this bank at this point. Eff this location and B of A in general. You’re only getting one star because it’s required to make this review. Otherwise they don’t deserve it!!
Kudos, thumbs up & a big thank you to Clarice Wheeler at BOA/RPR branch. After a tornado destroyed my home, Clarice helped me account for my insurance co deposits and now 1.5 yrs later, she’s helping me wire funds to a title company on my new home. She’s my go-to BOA bank person.
