Convenient no waiting
Requests too much personal data for small cash transactions
Horrible customer service. They are knowingly allowing people to purchase cashier's checks that are useless when you take them to use. They have printing errors on them and must be returned to be reissued again (sometimes twice) and will not allow the person that the cashier's check was given to, to get the check reissued. So if the person that purchased it and is unavailable then you can not get your money!!!!! But it is suppose to be "certified funds". Worse customer service ever in Little Rock, Arkansas off of Rodney Parham. The manager is incompetent as well as the employees. We had a half million in checking and they couldn’t care less about us closing our account. I have been in business here in Arkansas for 50 years and this is the worse experience that we have ever had. They never have enough employees and we waited 25 minutes over our appointment time.
