I've had great service with this team. Recently I needed to set up a checking account for an unincorporated group, and the CSR was very helpful and thoughtful in proposing what sort of account, ownership structure, cosigners/co-users we could establish. He even got on the phone with the compliance office to ensure we were doing things correctly. I'm very satisfied with this branch office.
Today I walked in and there was nobody at the front counter. There was a very thick file with someone’s drivers license laying on the front counter. I can only assume it was filled with personal information. I waited five minutes for somebody to show up to the tellers station. Sadly, nobody ever did, so I left Bank of America has become a laughingstock in Little Rock for Customer Service.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BANK OF AMERICA "SYSTEM" AS A WHOLE HAS RIDICULOUS REQUIREMENTS!!! THE GUY I GUESS A TELLER AND THE MANAGER COULD NOT HAVE BEEN LESS HELPFUL IF THEY TRIED!!!
The Branch Manager is the most unprofessional, uncaring & rude manager I have ever worked with. She should be replaced ASAP. I have worked in the hospitality industry for 10+ years and I have NEVER hung up on a customer. Not only did she refuse to listen but she ended the call before I finished all of the details.
