The Branch Manager is the most unprofessional, uncaring & rude manager I have ever worked with. She should be replaced ASAP. I have worked in the hospitality industry for 10+ years and I have NEVER hung up on a customer. Not only did she refuse to listen but she ended the call before I finished all of the details. They are SO SLOW
I had a couple of problems with my account, and Stacey understood and fixed one of them and Peter the other in short order. They not only demonstrated their professionalism in the process but kindness and patience in doing so. They are a true credit to their profession, and genuine assets to Bank of America.
