Mary was really wonderful to us in helping us set up banking for my daughter who had just moved to Dallas from Canada even though her SN number was still pending. She really did go above and beyond to make the experience as painless as possible.
I want to sincerely thank this Bank of America branch for their support. Everyone was welcoming and professional, and I felt truly taken care of. I’m especially grateful to Dalia Garcia, the senior banker, who went above and beyond to help me. She was incredibly patient, kind, and thorough in resolving my issue. I was concerned with the prior reviews but just went in and experienced the fastest service in all of the BOA that I’ve visited in the area also the staff was friendly.
Rude older lady .. someone needs to teach her how to help customers correctly and learn some hospitality!
