I deposited three hundred to drive up ATM, confirmed amount and removed my card. Machine then went black, then after about 10 mins came back on like new and had taken my money and never credited me. Branch said they could file a claim for me. Ouch never again
I highly recommend scheduling a meeting with Jordan if you have any questions or concerns. He is awesome—personable, efficient, and gets the job done. The entire team at this location is super professional and makes the experience seamless. Five stars all around!
Tellers do a great job, but they are usually busy with people waiting in line. The ATM inside the branch handles most of my needs when the teller li ne is long.
