Tellers do a great job, but they are usually busy with people waiting in line. The ATM inside the branch handles most of my needs when the teller li ne is long.

I wanted to recognize and thank Daniel Andrade, Bank of America Market Financial Center Manager for going above and beyond and provide outstanding customer service yesterday at the BofA Branch located at 7700 El Camino Real, Carlsbad, CA 92009 I ordered $1,400.00 of Euros online on Wednesday and paid to have them delivered by Friday for a trip to Ireland my wife and I were taking on Monday morning.
