Got racially profiled by renalia. Refused to cash my check , eventhough ive cashed over a dozen checks , didnt attempt to call to verify check. Very horrible experience. The fact she is a higher up and blatantly racially profiling is ridiculous in 2026. Update went to another branch and they cashed my check immediately.
I deposited three hundred to drive up ATM, confirmed amount and removed my card. Machine then went black, then after about 10 mins came back on like new and had taken my money and never credited me. Branch said they could file a claim for me. Ouch never again
