Hire more tellers. The wait is ridiculous
Terrible customer service - as a business owner never go to this location ever! The lack of support! 7 years they just destroyed my experience that Ive had because the team said I didn’t have a relationship. So much for being nation wide!!
I now see why this branch is rated so poorly, the manager was terrible and flat out lied to me.
Absolutely horrible. Stood in line forever, and they never helped me. Manager normally comes around with a tablet and helps those waiting in line that have simple transactions, but this guy couldn’t do it. He stood there and shot the shit with his friend who was withdrawing money from the bank. There were many others in line that didn’t get help either. Do something.
