Please don’t ever use this location or this bank. The level of disregard for long time customers is extreme and a huge disappointment. The branch manager has lost sight of providing quality financial services. Unless things drastically change, I will never trust or recommend doing business with this location.
Unexperince Staff don't know what they are doing. Always have to wait in line more than 15mins.
If could give a zero,I would. The single rudest people ever. The name on the plaque was Morgan. There was a large woman with the initial clerk so I have no idea their real names. I have a business with a DBA. They would not take my deposit. Morgan said do you just want it back. I said yes, and that we deposit checks all the time. Morgan said “nice”. Totally do NOT RECOMMEND this bank.
I stopped by this morning to make a wire transfer and was greeted by the wonderful staff. Ingrid processed my wire lightning fast.
