Excessively long wait and lines due to them only having one person actually working as a teller while the other staff is I guess working on other things. I’m not sure why they can’t manage to have at least two tellers considering they don’t offer drive through service at this location either. This has been my experience at every Bank of America location I’ve gone to. This is the worst bank I’ve ever been to. I don’t know why anyone uses this still bank! The manager Dona just stands around while one girl is working & two other employees aren’t doing anything. They have a lobby full and she could care less. Shows no respect and I won’t be back to the Bowman branch
