If could give a zero,I would. The single rudest people ever. The name on the plaque was Morgan. There was a large woman with the initial clerk so I have no idea their real names. I have a business with a DBA. They would not take my deposit. Morgan said do you just want it back. I said yes, and that we deposit checks all the time. Morgan said “nice”. Totally do NOT RECOMMEND this bank.
I stopped by this morning to make a wire transfer and was greeted by the wonderful staff. Ingrid processed my wire lightning fast.
Bank of America has been the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to fraud protection. Thousands of dollars were stolen from my account the day after Christmas, and weeks later I still have not received a credit. Communication has been terrible, the process has been painfully slow, and the corporate office has been completely unhelpful.
