I stopped by this morning to make a wire transfer and was greeted by the wonderful staff. Ingrid processed my wire lightning fast.
Bank of America has been the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to fraud protection. Thousands of dollars were stolen from my account the day after Christmas, and weeks later I still have not received a credit. Communication has been terrible, the process has been painfully slow, and the corporate office has been completely unhelpful.
