Bad service. Why are they flying a ripped up American flag? Very disappointing.
I do not appreciate being lied to or being helped by untrained or incompetent employees. Please implement better training so future customers do not have same experience. Response was probably AI as no customer wants to be given an assignment of giving feedback elsewhere.

I came to this branch to open a checking account. They were super helpful! Specially Venessa who helped me with opening an account she was very nice! I’d definitely suggest you to bank with this branch and definitely not the one on 2704 loker ave w! That branch (not this one) were so terrible and rude and racist.
