Easy 2 lane access the inside lane has ADA Access.
The atm in the drive thru did not dispense my money. The Lady in the bank said I had to call a number on the atm. Are you kidding me ? Wouldn't She have the number right there. She " Rolled" her eyes at me when She I thought I didn't notice. TRY TRAINING people on customer service. I been with Bank of America over 40 years.
Bad service. Why are they flying a ripped up American flag? Very disappointing.
I do not appreciate being lied to or being helped by untrained or incompetent employees. Please implement better training so future customers do not have same experience. Response was probably AI as no customer wants to be given an assignment of giving feedback elsewhere.
