Poor customer service, specially from the Hispanic woman with short hair. It doesn't take much out of her time to answer a simple question for someone who doesn't know English. My mom had a simple question for her and she sends her off with people who don't know Spanish.
I came here to open an account. The staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Portia was very enthusiastic, friendly, and professional. You all deserve 5 stars. I will be back. Wishing Portia and everyone a Merry Christmas, peace, and happiness! Thank you! ❤️
I tried to call in the afternoon four different times. Every time, I was hung up on. This is ridiculous and poor customer service.
The bank is whatever but i had an appointment with the lady Portia Boelter and she looked so out of place. I went to the bathroom and when i came back she was smoking weed out of a vape, so unprofessional and dirty
