The worst banking experience ever! The line was extremely long and the staff had no sense of urgency. They only had 1 teller to wait on all of us. Unbelievable! This wouldn’t be the case if you were in another area. Something must be done. We need multiple tellers when the lines are long inside. This can be a safety hazard!
This is ridiculous. I work for a company, but when I come to get changed for a business account, I can’t the young lady that’s helping in the line told me after the fact that I stood in the line and others came behind me that that line was closed and it was only one person, and everybody else went and got in the line which caused me to be the last person in line this is unacceptable. I can’t even believe i bank with you guys today when today will be the last day.
