Bank of America has been the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to fraud protection. Thousands of dollars were stolen from my account the day after Christmas, and weeks later I still have not received a credit. Communication has been terrible, the process has been painfully slow, and the corporate office has been completely unhelpful. This Bank of America Branch is the worst of its kind! The people there are the worst banking affiliates I have ever had to deal with. From the banking manager to the assistant and even the tellers Bank Of America is not a good bank to begin with but the people they have working there make it so much worst!
Had a pleasant visit. I didn't have to wait long. Jeremiah was courteous and helpful with a welcoming attitude.
